Dumpy
The staircase to the entrance was cluttered with construction material and garbage. The first staircase was very steep and narrow with no arm rails making it very difficult to drag luggage up to the second floor. The landing of the first floor had an old air conditioner amongst other garbage on display. The bed was a hide a bed featuring a very poor quality uncomfortable mattress. The shower had mold in the corner, lots of hot water and nice shower heads. No curtain in bathroom window. The kitchenette had a clean fridge and reasonably clean stove. Good amont of dishes. The pillows were comfortable. The sheets were all crumpled and appeared to have been slept in, with the comforter place on top. We only stayed one night out of our two night reservation as it was too unsafe for us to go up and down the steep, narrow stairs with no arm rail. We asked for a refund for the second night but still waiting for the manager to return calls or e-mails.
