Aurora Hill Resort exceeded my expectations. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. The accommodation was spotless, and the reception team was truly wonderful — warm, friendly, and always ready to help. I felt welcomed from the first moment. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect and relaxing stay

A Magical Lapland Getaway We had an unforgettable stay at Aurora Hill Resort in Rovaniemi. Everything worked perfectly from start to finish, and the staff truly went above and beyond: super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The cabin design was absolutely top-notch. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into it, and we loved learning that everything was produced locally, from materials to the build itself. It made the whole experience feel even more special and authentic. The surroundings were just magical. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights right from the resort, spent cozy evening by an open fire in the traditional kota hut, and even watched reindeer wander past the premises. It doesn’t get more Lapland than that. Even for a Finnish native this was truly special! Breakfast was amazing: fresh, delicious and plenty, with a local touch again (leipäjuusto!) Aurora Hill Resort exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for a serene, beautifully designed place to enjoy the best of Finnish Lapland, this is the one. Highly recommended!

The service is really bad. They cannot do what they promised for example they agreed the time of breakfast delivery thru WhatsApp and reconfirm when we arrived, eventually they said they can’t find the staff to deliver and nothing they can do. So we woke up early to wait. Also the location is at the forest, when we came, they have someone to drove to our cabin in the meeting point, but when we leave the next day, we requested to drive back to meeting point, and they refused and didn’t replied our message. Luckily our driver willing to pickup with extra money in such inconvenient location and rush morning as we have booked some activities in Santa Village. This is very worst to treated customer like this.

Unsere Cabin hatte einen so hervorragenden Platz wie haben einfach in die Natur geschaut. Wir sind so glücklich uns für die Aurora Hill Resort entschieden zu haben. Sehr sauber, dazu super Service gerade in Sachen Frühstück, welches man bis zur Tür geliefert bekommt. Wir sind in der Nacht ausgecheckt, wegen unserem Flug und sie waren so aufmerksam und haben uns am Abend vorher, Essen bereitgestellt. Einfach super. Wir sind traurig, dass die Zeit so schnell verging. Wir würden wieder kommen. Von dort aus ist mit einem Mietwagen alles super erreichbar.
