“We stayed one night in the glass igloo during autumn, so the SnowHotel was still under construction and, according to one of the staff, set to reopen in a few weeks. Even so, the experience was lovely and memorable. The igloo was cozy and warm, though a bit tight for three people. At night, we didn’t get to see the northern lights or stars, but the view of the moon and quiet Arctic sky was peaceful in its own way. “The hotel was situated on top of the hill, and we really loved the landscape around the hotel. A lot of trees and a lot of snow with few people. But there were no nearby bus stops, so transportation was quite inconvenient. Taxi to the city centre for 6 people was 46Euros. But since we expected this when we booked this hotel, we have booked tour with hotel pick up most of the time, so it was not that big of a problem for us. Staff were friendly, food at the restaurant was good. Room was small……

“飯店設施雖然有年代感，但很溫馨，入住時發現吹風機壞了，staff也馬上幫我換新的！！！離開時也幫我訂了計程車！！！唯一缺點是其中一天晚上（已經半夜12點，對面鄰居在唱歌劇，唱得超大聲！後來又是請staff處理”

“It is amazing, wonderful, comfortable accommodation. My family like this hotel very much. There is sauna inside the house, we like this facility very much. After one day ski activity, we went back to the house and enjoy the sauna. It is so relaxing and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided many kinds of dishes, it is good and tasty. In conclusion, I will choose this hotel again for next time.”
