「We were the first guests to stay at this beautiful home. It is out in the country, and has wonderful views of the countryside and old Rende. 「This is such a beautiful place with a laid-back atmosphere and host. Cesare was great from start to finish. We arrived later in the evening the first night but he was kind and patient as we drove into southern Italy. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with gorgeous flowers and outdoor furniture and it's illuminated at night. Our room was clean and colorful and the kitchen was super useful. The beach is walkable and within 300 meters. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you!!」

「Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Ort mitten im historischem Zentrum. Sie ist nur über diverse Treppen mit ungleichen Stufen zu erreichen. Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Hotelprojekt, so dass man -wenn man möchte- auch auf dem "Dorfplatz" bzw. dort in einem Restaurant frühstücken und zu Abend essen (es gibt ein täglich wechselndes Menu) kann. Im Übrigen gibt es nur ein weiteres Restaurant, dass fußläufig zu erreichen ist, jedoch jetzt im Oktober 2021 auch nur an den Wochenenden geöffnet...

「The villa was fantastic and the gardens and the pool were perfect. As a large family visiting the area the villa catered for all ages. The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return.」

「Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...
