The worst hotel, front desk reception is very rude, there’s a big spider in the bathroom. The room next to the noisy road.

I have stayed here before because it close to Robinsons, bus terminal, Beds and pillows hard and king size bed only gets 2 pillows, AC at full blast takes long time to cool, can't leave it on when going out because your only allowed 1 key even if there are 2 people plus 500 peso deposit for key.
Restaurant is very good, great food, better then any other around.

Kuya leo and John's service is excemptional. During our long stay in the hotel they treated us really good. Their service is amazing.

DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT DINE IN RESTAURANT.
The food quality prepared for myself & 12 guest (lunch)very inferior quality. i also invited 7 guest for (dinner). This was the worst Pancit, lechon kawali, I have ever had!I I spoke to the hotel manager both times. I did a review already! I'm surprised hotels.com did not post my comments.
The room we had for 6 days was very dusty( top of mirrors, pictures were not a regular taskin. A/C filters very dirty,ants, roaches, poor maintenance, shower does not drain adequately, toilet seat missing bolt to prevent falling off.
I discussed these comments to hotel Manager Lov......a. I left my number for her to reply to me. She never replied! She needs a lot of retraining of employees. DO NOT SCREEN NEGATIVE COMMENTS! DON'T ask anymore!
