「The first bedroom at the top of the stairs is really just a loft, and access to the 3 bedrooms upstairs is sequential - i.e., you have to walk through the first to get to the second and through both of them to get to the 3rd. The one bathroom upstairs is only accessible via the middle bedroom.」
