“I would 100% stay here again! The rooms were super cute and clean, the staff were super friendly and the homemade breakfast was delicious!!! We also got a tour of the Monmouth House and the lady was very knowledgeable!!! The grounds were very nice and relaxing!”

“Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return I don't expect perfection when staying at a hotel, but I do expect basic cleanliness and working amenities. Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing from beginning to end. Our first room had a toilet that didn't work, an air conditioner that didn't work, and even the buttons on the room phone weren't functioning properly. We were moved to a second room, only to find more issues. There were no linens provided for the sofa bed, the……

“Very clean and quiet. Great location.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless, the cookies were delicious and the staff was as Friendly as could be. Breakfast was delicious. We were sorry to hear they don’t offer dinner anymore, but the staff helped us find a nearby restaurant.”

“I enjoyed my stay very clean area.”

“My stay here was exceptional the staff not only accommodated to me by allowing me to check in early but they were so helpful and nice in general. The room was also very nice and clean as well everything was great and I would definitely return.”

“The property is a large antebellum mansion plus a couple of cottages set among ancient live oaks in the countryside about 15 minutes from the historic center of Natchez. It is nothing short of spectacular. The owner and staff are lovely ladies in the Southern tradition (even if they are transplants from up north.) The house guests all have a full breakfast together at the dining room table, which makes for friendly discussions of fun plans for the day. I personally did not sip a toddy on the……

“Es ist eine schöne Erfahrung in einem so alten Haus zu nächtigen. Auch die Führung war super, so bekam man einen privaten Einblick. Das einzige was ich anmerken muss, ist das Frühstück. Es wird dir zwar persönlich zubereitet, aber es war schlichtweg zu wenig. Vielleicht noch nen toast dazu reichen, dann sieht es schon anders aus. Sonst aber ein wirklich schöner Aufenthaltsort mit ganz tollen Personal.”

“David and Lee are charming hosts, and very willing to help with suggestions for great restaurants, sightseeing, and shopping. Their home is stunning, and they're extremely knowledgeable about the history of Choctaw Hall and all the amazing antiques and museum quality objects of art in their home. Our room was comfortable and the common area was lovely. They provided coffee, tea, a fridge stocked with soft drinks and bottled water, and a host of snacks. We highly recommend a stay at Choctaw……

“Debbie and Gregory were wonderful hosts. They made you feel right at home in a history rich location. Make sure you make time for the breakfast, it was delicious.”

“This is a very beautiful property overall. We stayed in the lower level of the three level brick section. Our room had mosquitoes the entire two nights. The first night that we arrived, we told the front desk ladies about the mosquitoes and got no apologies, just a weird look and then they gave us a can of hornet spray to take back. The bed was sinking in the middle, no extra blanket in the room and it got cold. The bathtub plug wouldn't hold the water. This inside of the armoire was dirty. These……

“Clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet and there was a hot breakfast. It was just what we were looking for. We needed someplace clean to shower and sleep after doing volunteer work and this fit the bill. Also had good wifi. I had to use it for a zoom conference call and it worked perfectly.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!”

“While the bedding looked, smelt and felt clean, the floor didn’t seem clean. The bathroom had some type of muck build up along the caulk in between the floor and tub. The tub itself had paint peeling off. We didn’t shower because I felt cleaner not getting in the tub. The curtains were stained and gross to the main window. The staff was nice, but that doesn’t change the way the room looked. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Like a time warp. Stay was comfortable but place in need of refurb. Wallpapers tacked to walls, well worn amenities, would not return. Fantastic position on the river but we did not have a river view and window glass was blown double glazed and was opaque with no way of viewing outside.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Natchez Manor! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway for couples looking ot relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!”
