Red Lion Roy hotels

"The overall hotel and staff was good. The only things I could complain about is the lack of pug in for phone chargers on the nightstands. The hot water took a couple of minutes to reach the bathroom faucets. The internet Wi-Fi was a little spotty this trip. Previous trips didn't have that issue. complain "

"Cleanliness was moderate. Housekeeping would regularly wake us up between 7:30 and 8am cleaning other rooms. We had to ask for clean towels multiple times. At one point we changed rooms because our tv stopped working and they were unable to fix it. While did make it right, i think next time we will stay at the marriott 1 block over"

"Yes shops near by. Stayed at your location because it was easy access to St. Jospeh's Hospital . Staff was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe with the underground parking situation. I thought the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed Keurig machine with many coffees and lattes. we will recommend this hotel to others and would stay again anytime. "

"This is our 4th time visiting. Visiting family over last few years. Staff and breakfast always good. The room we had this year was really run down. Housekeeping did a great job with what they had. "
