Great place for a family get together!

Had a great time staying at this beautiful place to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday with our out of town family. Kitchen and family room was perfect place for our gathering and accommodated everyone comfortably. Teens enjoyed their own space to play games, watch movies and play ping pong in the basement. Thanks for hosting us and allowing us to make some great memories!

Clean and Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. There was lots of space. The house was clean. It had everything we needed. The street is nice and quiet. It is a good location central to lots of activities in Utah.

Awesome

The location to everything was perfect. We came in for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday and the house was the best for visiting and allowing the 2 cousins to play with each other. We will be renting it again in the future whenever we all can get together again.

Perfect Spot

Perfect Spot for our family group of 9. So much space to spread out. Back yard and patio was the perfect place to start the day in the cool summer mornings and a great spot to unwind in the evening. Beds were comfy and plenty of linens and towels for everyone. Location was great to access Lagoon, Hill Aerospace Museum and many dining options. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Communication with Sheri was easy and responses were quick. Grandbabies loved the tree swing in the backyard and we used it daily. Provided Port-A-Crib and counter top Infant chair were so appreciated. Furnishings were in great condition and very comfortable. There are stairs to climb to get to all bedrooms. I state this because I didn't explain this to my family and had several complaints. Totally my fault but may help others to make a decision. Plenty of spices are there to use. Plenty of bathing supplies are there to use. Overall my family loved the property and location. I highly recommend this rental.

Work training trip

Great property that came in very handy for our work trip. When we search for properties it is a corporate requirement that everyone has their own bed in their own room. This property filled the bill and saved us money with the awesome kitchen. The one really great thing that sets this house apart is that it wasn't full of bunk beds, each bedroom had a full size or bigger bed so that multiple adults could stay instead of 2 adults and 1000 kids. Will definitely keep an eye on this property for future trips and definitely want to stay there again.

Immaculate, well supplied, in quiet neighborhood

Family traveled here for wedding rehearsal, wedding and gatherings (elsewhere). House was supplied with ample necessities, only calling for one grocery trip so that Grandpa could cook Sunday morning breakfast for all. We had 8 adults and 2 children. Couldn’t find “the notebook” or “neighborhood list” until discovered one email, so missed the path to the playground. All bedrooms are either up or down a long, steep flight of stairs. Difficult for 80-year-olds and those with injured ankles/knees. Otherwise, a great house.

Family vacation

We stayed for 3 nights. To go to Lagoon and swim park in Provo. It was so nice and cool and close to Lagoon. House was absolutely beautiful. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly use. Neighborhood was quiet. Tvs in all rooms. Cute backyard. This is a great place to stay. I would give it a 10 if I could

Great short term stay

We had 3 couples coming for a wedding in Layton, UT. The house was centrally located for all the activities we had and had lots of room. Overall very comfortable and clean stay

Family Gathering

There were 10 of us gathered for the birthdays of a granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren. Other family members and friends came to visit. It was the perfect home for this occasion. We had several meals there. Everything we needed was on hand there. Everything worked great. We enjoyed playing ping pong and played video games on the basement TV. The kitchen and family room were great for gathering. We showed family photos on the large TV in the family room. It was nice to have the park and playground close. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We would definitely come back or recommend it to others.

Fantastic!

My family, consisting of 10 adults and one toddler, stayed at this lovely home during the Christmas holiday. We took advantage of the top-quality appliances and cooked all of our own meals. There were plenty of pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and gadgets. There is a crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, electric griddle, waffle iron, blender, and electric can opener, all in good working order. We brought our own cookie sheets and instant pot. Some of the highlights were: The attention to cleanliness The functionality of the kitchen, (the appliances really are nice). The convenience of a washer and dryer The master bedroom with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, Jacuzzi tub, and bonus bidet. The gas fireplace in the living room and large selection of board games. The large TV in the family room and comfy sectional sofa. The nearby park, with pickleball court. A couple of things to be aware of: you do not want to take a shower at the same time as someone else in another bathroom. The water will fluctuate between scalding hot and ice cold. Also, I do not recommend having adults sleep on the bunkbed downstairs. There is no door to this area; it's just an open, L-shaped recreation room, and the bed squeaks loudly every time someone rolls over. This lovely home suited our family just fine, the hosts were delightful and we highly recommend it.

Great Thanksgiving away from home

Great oasis for multi-family week long stay

We traveled for softball and this home had everything we needed and more! It was hot, and the AC worked wonderfully, there was space for everyone and the kids had a blast. Close to the Hill Air Museum which was a huge hit! Close to multiple stores, restaurants and multiple softball fields.

This house was the perfect size for our group. There was plenty of bedding for all and the home was clean and well maintained. Our Host was wonderful at communicating with us. The home was nice and cool to come to after a long day of traveling.

Family reunion

We stayed with our three sons and their spouses along with 5 grandchildren and it was perfect. There is enough room to find an escape. Plenty of room to all eat together. Enough bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Close to park. It was great. I highly recommend this house

Parents came to town for my military retirement and needed a large place to stay. This is the place! Folks loved the place, the location, and the ease of getting around the local area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that step above experience from superb hosts!

Memories

We loved our stay! The backyard had a fun swing from the tree, however there were a few wasps. The house was clean and the lighting inside was incredible. The neighborhood seemed safe. It was close to a park, and the pickle ball equipment were very much enjoyed. We liked the quiet game room. We liked the TV and every room. I would stay at this home again in a heartbeat. There was an issue with the front door and the smoke detector chirping, but these issues were dealt with when we contacted the homeowner. Thank you for sharing your home with us! It was very much appreciated!
