"Tidy little unit, offered good value for money in its class. Full kitchen, reasonably well appointed with full size fridge. Living area was comfortable and tidy with a good air con unit. Upstairs the main bedroom was a very good size with excellent storage, tv and soft comfortable bed. Ensuite bathroom was very nice and clean. Grocery stores within one km and enough restaurants and cafes at a close distance. Excellent value for money! "

But would encourage and recommend 31 Atlantis Drive as a holiday home for families.Point Cook is a safe, quiet and peaceful suburb, community friendly, children's outdoor park close to the home, shopping centre at close hand and not far from Melbourne airport or Melbourne cbd. We loved the house which provided all necessities and more. Annika (host) was very welcoming and prompt and accommodating with her responses to any of my concerns. I will definitely be staying here on future family trips to Melbourne. Thank you Annika and the team for allowing my family of 7 to stay in your beautiful home. "Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Although the listing stated the property could sleep up to 10 people, the booking process was confusing and we were required to pay extra after arrival.The house was not clean or well maintained. The kitchen sink was filthy, the tap faulty, and there was very limited cutlery, dishes, towels, and toiletries. We found laundry from previous guests, cockroaches in the kitchen, spiders and cobwebs throughout the house, dirty windows, unvacuumed carpets, and limescale in the bathrooms. A bathroom door also came off its hinges, and the walls showed visible marks and poor patchwork.Several advertised amenities were inaccurate or unclear. A sofa bed was initially denied, bedding was locked away, many lamps were unusable, and the TV remote had no batteries, requiring us to buy our own. The exterior was poorly maintained with overgrown weeds, and the BBQ was far too small for a group of 10.Communication with the host was uncomfortable and dismissive when concerns were raised. Given the high cleaning fee, it was frustrating that we had to clean the property ourselves just to make it livable. While the house has potential, we would not stay here again."

"Upon arriving at the property, the location was great. Close to shops, parking on the street etc. Traffic of the area was kinda ehh at peak times, but that has nothing to do with the property owner. The price was also very very good.The water, laundry & aircon/ventilation worked PERFECTLY. very good. Now the property itself, definitely NOT cosy, as the title says. The house was not very clean, the ensuite toilet had to be cleaned and wiped with antibacterial wipes. The carpet was dirty and the vacuums provided did NOT work haha. Sleeps 9 people... but only fits 4 on the couch... W"
