"The guest room was very clean as was the laundry. Breakfast service was great. The front entrance of the hotel was cluttered with packages of lawn furniture. "

"Had booked our stay via hotels.com to pay on arrival. When we got there the site had already charged the card. We discovered there were no elevators. Traveling with my 88 year old mom who can’t easily climb stairs. Our room the staff told us was only offered on the 2nd floor due to using hotels.com as well as they would not refund the hotel cost . The only offer made was a main floor smoking room which smelled vile. We opted for the stairs. Luckily no falls or other trouble from that. I will also say the breakfast room has stairs as well so for the bathroom and some tables so we had to wait for a table to open. I am usually careful about looking for stairs. My mistake for assuming a hotel room that cost almost $150 did not have elevators . I will say the breakfast staff yelling at each other and complaining about the customers seemed on brand for this location. "
