「I picked this hotel because of proximity to downtown. It was exactly as pictured. Everything was SPOTLESS. We stayed in a cottage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Its a very quiet hotel. Now parking is pretty tight for large trucks on the cottage side if the lot is full. We lucked out and went when it was slow. We would have just parked on the other side of property if we had needed to. There are big ceiling fans in living room and bedroom which we loved. Also there is ac and heat in both...

「Every aspect was excellent until the morning of checkout the front desk informed me check out is 12 noon I put I put do not disturb because my wife is really suffering from a severe back problem and she need a lot of time to prepare so at 1050 am a house keeper knocked on the door saying it’s time to check out I informed her that last night after checking in the young the young who was very nice and knowledgeable about the hot springs which we did visit said check out is noon well the house...
