On the granite-topped counter adjacent to the pool table is an electronic bar video game machine with many selections of games & trivia. Through a living room door, you enter a clean, comfortable, spacious, wood panel-lined garage area where you can enjoy games of darts or games of shuffleboard on the full-length shuffleboard table. Also a cozy little nook with a 4ft. high table and 4 swivel stools designed as a comfortable setting for internet use both personal and work related. Fiber optic wi-fi along with a 50" smart tv to catch up with the news of the day. A perfect spot to begin the morning with coffee and breakfast. There is also music throughout the house for your enjoyment.

Outdoors, swim in & (lounge or relax) by the 30,000 gal. inground swimming pool, relax in the 6-person jacuzzi (hot tub) or simply take a peaceful walk in the woods or along the tree-lined country roads winding past creeks & horse farms. Several lakes & rivers are within a few mins. drive in all directions. Comfortable 15 min. drive to Oaklawn Park and Casino.
