API DAYS agency offers this apartment with a terrace and garden overlooking the sea. It features a very pleasant and bright living room with an unobstructed view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. The living room includes a pull-out bed, a TV, storage space, and a coffee table. The recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The living room has French doors opening onto the garden and sea and includes two single beds, a color TV, and a coffee table. The bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table, and a built-in wardrobe. There is a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and storage, a terrace with garden furniture, and a private parking space. Pets are welcome free of charge.

As part of this rental, you can subscribe to several services:
Linen rental (sheets, towels, bath mat, and kitchen towels): €20 per person per stay.

Baby cot and high chair rental (delivered directly to the accommodation): €20 per stay.

Cleaning fee: €65 (accommodation 20 to 50 m²), €96 (accommodation 50 to 80 m²), €120 (accommodation 80 to 120 m²), and €150 (accommodation 120 m² and over).
Arrival fee on Sunday or public holiday: €30.
