“The staff are lovely and helpful.
I did not think the room we had could be classed as superior because the bed has an old fashioned type of mattress which is not comfortable. For a superior room I was expecting a bigger more comfortable bed. We could not open the window at night because it is very low down and wild life could easily get through at night. The buffet breakfast is quite basic, there were no croissants or pastries of any kind.

“Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom.
