「It was the first time we stay & the staff is friendly & exceptional service. The only thing the parking is not from the hotel & we pay every 24 hour for parking service but it was cheap. Overall we had a great experience! We stayed for four nights & also the breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to the staff to make my husband birthday very memorable. I will definitely stay again. 」

「The service here is exceptional. I lost my phone in an uber and the staff did everything they could to get it back. A day later they were able to retrieve my phone which is completely unheard of. I was blown away by their hospitality. I would recommend this place over chipichape hotel only because it was less busy and it’s right across the street.」

「The hotel was amazing and the staff was very kind and friendly. The doorman gave me a paper with all the things to do nearby. Daniel at front desk was also very helpful. Great hotel at a fantastic location. Great breakfast included.」

「I always stay here because it is a safe bet for me. Owner is the best and he has a hardworking team under him. I’m not the sightseeing type or have super high expectations, to be fair. But I like that I can walk to several nice places very close, or Alameda like 20 mins away. 」
