“Friendly staff, convenient, clean and spacious. Reasonably priced. Hot breakfast, clean and well stocked. Outside decks and stairs need attention but we attributed that to transitional upgrades still in the process. Will definitely stay again!!”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the air conditioner didn't cool the bed area so it was hard to sleep. We only remembered when we would get into bed since we were busy every day. I let them know as we checked out. Otherwise it was a very comfortable and clean room. We would stay there again. ”

I got an email from "Vrbo" saying "Here are the keys to your trip" but I thought it was a promo from some company I didn't know, rather than an important message from the rental property. If I had opened it, I would have seen it had some important identifying information that would have helped us find the property easier, and know we were in the right place. The internet was……

“Very nice, clean, well thought out property to be convenient and comfortable. The host is extremely nice and accommodating. My only negative is it is advertised as having "TV". It does have a TV and if you have streaming accounts to watch previous programs, movies or news in Chicago or San Diego, it is fine. In other words there is no "live" TV for news, weather or sports. If you don't watch TV it is a great place. Very enjoyable.”

“Our son was graduating from UMW and we wanted a place to stay and host a small graduation party. Blacktail Inn and Stables was the perfect venue. It was close to Dillon but still provided the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Accommodations were wonderful, Cory was a responsive host, and everything we needed was easy to find. Such a wonderful weekend!”
