「Excellent hotel to stay.」

「I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. For the next 3 days we enjoyed amazing service by pleasant and unfailingly helpful staff. Couldn't have asked for more!」

「Such a great experience from start to finish! We stayed over a weekend Thursday till Sunday so we experienced the bustling weekend crowd in the wine bar and restaurant. Had so much fun. Staff is so lovely. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Excellent area for eating and drinking. Quick walk to bus or subway if leaving the neighborhood. 「This hotel is a little gem, 3 minutes from Gamla Stan metro and very close to ferries, buses, shops and main attractions. Hotel itself is fascinating with loads of memorabilia on the HMS Victory. Hotel breakfast was amazing, gluten free and lactose free milk available, and plenty of breakfast choice from English breakfast, continental and always loads of it. 「It is so clean and the space is so big to stay for long days too. You can self-cook and the equipment is so well prepared. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I come to Stockholm next time. The location is just a few minutes from the station and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby! Perfect.」

「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」
