Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir waren ein paar Tage auf dem Rheinsteig unterwegs mit dem Stand-Quartier in der Wohnung. Das ging super mit Bus und Bahn. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles, was man braucht. Die Hauswirtin war super freundlich. Man kann bei ihr sogar einen lokalen Rotwein bekommen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Urlaub mit Kind

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen, es war ausreichend Platz und sogar ein paar Spiele vorhanden und das Angebot bei Bedarf noch etwas ausleihen zu können. Leider war kein Spielplatz in der Nähe - aber in Assmannshausen selber war einer zu finden. Für einen Wanderurlaub sehr gut geeignet, sehr nette Vermieterin.

Wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Die Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet.Auch die Matratzen im Bett sind sehr hochwertig, nicht durchgelegen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. An den allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, sodass man beruhigt die Fenster offen lassen kann. Unsere Vermieterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt und aufgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful host in wonderful location

For anyone looking to stay in high or low season, Marions place is great. A perfectly short walk to the downtown, a ahort deive to rudesheim, where you can visit nearly everything you need to, be it a long, or short stay.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird leider kein Lebensmittel Geschäft im Ort. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen etwas oberhalb von Assmannshausen. Sind mit dem Zug angereist und von der Vermieterin abgeholt worden und zur Abreise wieder gebracht worden.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit einem schönem Ausblick

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, nachdem uns die Gastgeberin sogar mit Kind und Kegel von Bhf abholte. Es war alles nötige vorhanden, ein Kinderreisebett sowie Spielzeug, Seife, Spüli, Salz und Pfeffer.. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, fühlte mich wie bei Oma. Leider war der Couchtisch instabil, sodass wir vermehrt auf unseren Sohn aufpassen mussten.

Schöne ruhige Lage für motorisierte oder sportliche Gäste

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gut ausgestatteten und großzügigen Wohnung. Vermieterin im Haus, sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Top: - Lage sehr ruhig am Ende der Sackgasse, schöner Blick direkt auf Weinberg -Einstell- und Lademöglichkeit für eBikes in der Garage -Super Bett, tolle Couch - viel Ausstattung Wenige „Punktabzüge“ für: -das Bad ist sehr alt, sehr eng und sehr heiß und die Lüftung quietscht und ächzt mal… könnte mal erneuert werden - Ausstattung nicht durchgängig modern, teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen -WLAN nicht stabil, fällt häufiger mal aus -der Platz im Grünen nicht an der Wohnung, sondern neben der Garage direkt an der Straße (die aber kaum befahren ist) -etwas außerhalb vom sehr schönen Assmannshausen, da muss man immer noch einen Kilometer und einige steile Höhenmeter abends hoch…

Traumhafte Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich traumhaft in den Weinbergen. Zum Rhein ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und tolle Wohnung. Empfehlenswert!

Schöne Frühlingstage am Rhein

Wir haben in unserem Kurzurlaub den Frühling in Assmannshausen/Rüdesheim genossen. Es war sehr schön zum Wandern und Flanieren.

Net verblijf

Het verblijf was goed, netjes en schoon. De gastvrouw zeer aardig. Alleen was het heel gehorig. Ze woonde er boven en de kleinkinderen maakten nogal veel lawaai en we konden letterlijk verstaan wat er boven gezegd werd. Verder was er in de advertentie niet vermeld dat de kabelbaan dicht was, want ik ben slecht ter been en we wilden daarom gebruiken maken van de kabelbaan om in het dorp te komen. En er was ook niet vermeld dat heel veel restaurants dicht water in de buurt van de b&b. Dus naar 3 dagen zijn we weg gegaan en hebben we een hotel geboekt in Mainz.
