"We booked for 6 people but neither bed settee was made up. We eventually found some duvets and pillows but no clean sheets so opened a packet of new sheets we found in a room in the basement. The same with towels.The washing machine was on with a load of washing in it full of water. There was a pile of dirty bedding in a room in the basement. There were no instructions in the flat at all .The lights and other electrical systems were ridiculously complicated. Also no instructions about hot water...

"Well, you get what you pay for... We didn't want to stay in a hotel in the heart of town, because you don't get much room to move around in your room, and no refrigerator or microwave, just a bed to sleep in. So we opted for this little cottage. So you do get a microwave and refrigerator, but still not much room to move round in. And you're not really in the center of town, you still have to take a bus or drive into town, so you might as well have stayed in a hotel. I don't know, I wish I could...
