“Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back.”

“I didn’t feel safe with the active construction going on in the room just a few doors down from me. I could smell chemicals in the hallway and there was a carpet folded over in the hallway creating a tripping/falling hazard and without any warning or signs nearby.”

“Landscape was not very maintained, ovwrgrown, outdoor furniture covered with spiders and webs, hot tub out of order, pool covered and noted not to be used in December, water pressure too low, water temp fluctuated while bathing or showering, window seals with dust and dead insects, light bulbs burned out, wifi kept going out, casita sliding door didn’t lock, front gate not automatic, had to open manually, power went out once, unable to figure out temp control, hot during day, cold at night,……
