Nice property with Space for All

This property had room for 11 people and with four levels it gave us space to hangout or be by ourselves. The pool is super close and you can walk to a lookout tower. While on the deck one morning, we saw deer. Communication was great and easy with hosts.

Loved the house. Great location

Overall the stay was great. Had one minor issue and contacted the host. They responded immediately and took care of it for us. The dishes weren’t the cleanest but other than that the house was clean. Our group enjoyed hanging out on the lower level with the pool table. Would definitely stay again

Great Family Vacation in Ruidoso!

Property was as described and had plenty of space for our family vacation. The host and property manager were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. The community pool is a very short walk away and our kids loved playing there. The extra parking spaces are also a short walk to the condo. The upstairs living area did get a little warm in the afternoons due to the warmer temperatures outside, but this was no problem as we just hung out in the 2nd living area downstairs instead. Some of the pillows on the beds were a little flat, so if you prefer more support I would suggest to bring an extra one just in case. Overall, the condo was a wonderful value in a great location. Thank you!

Great place to have a vacation.

Property was great and spacious. Place was clean and had everything needed. Property manager was responsive to every question. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I know me and my family will stay again. It was also very centrally located to everything in town.

Great getaway

Great place to stay with plenty of room for the whole family. Really the only complaint I have is the house was so hot when we got there and it took it quite a while to cool off. Once it cooled off it was perfect for us.

Family reunion

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The owner was wonderful and very responsive, the local property manager was a very different story. We had a few issues with things not working and would always have to get the owner involved to contact the property manager for us because he would not respond to texts or calls. We had a great time and the cabin was very clean!! Would consider staying there again

The house was clean and plenty of room. We did have to go purchase bath towels, hand clothes, t paper and paper towels to have enough for the 13 people that stayed. Besides that if you have a large party that have no problem with stairs this is a great place to stay.
