Come and experience comfort and convenience in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome located in the bustling Midtown area. Our home is tastefully furnished with 2 spacious king-size beds and a bunk bed comprised of a double and a twin, making it an ideal choice for families. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathtaking wildlife views from either our porch or deck. The excitement of Midtown is just a short stroll away, while Wingfield Park, the venue for many community events, is even closer.

Perfect weekend at perfect location in Ruidoso.

I can't say this enough. This location was 5 star: from communication prior to the rental all the way through, the location, the cleanliness, and all the details from A-Z. I usually pack my own ground coffee and had forgotten it. I was so thrilled to find fresh coffee beans and a grinder as well as a keurig. The patio was so wonderful to sit out on all day and all hours. Thank you for a great weekend!

Love this place!

We have visited Ruidoso many times over the years but after a water leak last year we came for an extended stay while our home was being repaired. We have two pups and needed a place they would feel like home. This place did not disappoint. It is just as described. We had such a wonderful stay we came for almost two weeks this year. Fabulous hosts, great property!

Dog friendly place

We rented this place for a weekend away, and were able to take our dogs, which was nice. The fenced yard and patio kept them in, and we were a close walk to the park nearby. This place is super close to downtown. Communication with the owner was quick and easy.

Great Stay in the Mountains

The property was just as advertised and great for a week in the mountains. Nick was very responsive and communicative. The only negative part of our stay was that we lost hot water at one point, but Nick was very helpful getting a specialist out to the house to work on the issue.

Nice property with deer everywhere.

Nice getaway close to town and Grindstone lake. I wasn't expecting that there were so many other rentals including an airstream sharing the parking lot so that was a surprise, but it turned to be no issue. The deck was nice with a good view of all the deer who wander around the neighborhood. Walking distance to town.
