We had a wonderful experience. It’s in a nice calm neighborhood. The house was clean and in good condition. The outdoor things are pretty old/broken but other than that everything else was great!

Birthday Get-away

We were looking for an authentic cabin for my son’s birthday get-away and the Bear Falls cabin couldn't have been more perfect. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The decor was exactly what is pictured when you think of a cozy cabin. The wood burning stove in dining area was perfect for s’mores. The property manager was extremely professional, and responded quickly with any questions or concerns. We will definitely be returning for future stays! 10/10

My husband and I rented this cabin for us and for some friends, we happen to have a cabin in Ruidoso but at the time of our arrival it had no water so we rented this cabin, Sam let us take a look a his cabin and we like it very much. The cabin is very clean, comfortable and it is in a great location. Sam is a great host. The water in our cabin was reestablished the next day so our stay was shorter than we rented it.I really recommend the cabin. The only con that I found is the outdoor furniture, they are old and in not a good condition.
