「安曼最高的建筑物，外形亮眼。酒店大堂比较一般，且早餐和bar的其他相较普通。客房面积特别大，休息的还是还算舒服。性价比一般，适合商务出行」

「The hotel is very good the room is clean and its location is excellent , but i called room service to turn on the air conditioner because it was not working in the room and it was very hot in the room. I was informed that the problem would be solved and someone would be sent to fix it, but no was sent. I called room service several times without result.」

I havent seen this level of care in a long while and the hotel itself is just beautifully accented and designed. Also the restaurants and bars are great! The food at the Italian restaurant is soooo gooood! Highly recommended this hotel! 」

「Since I walked in to the hotel they greeted me well. I arrived to the hotel 1 hour before my check-in time, and I was able to be in the room. Raneem, Manal, and Malik deserve more than 5 stars, they were very polite, friendly and nice. Made sure I am happy. Location is close to a lot of places. Overall service amazing all staff were smiling all the time. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Amman. Thank you guys for the best hospitality!!! 」

「My overall stay was great with an amazing staff cleaning the rooms and breakfast was good, very peaceful area to be around too. The only thing I wished the front desk was more helpful with planning my stay in Jordan like different tours. I will stay here again thou. Shukran!」
