The location is epic, Graham Colyer drive has two public cut throughs which made the property super accessible to the beach and the shops on foot, skateboards or bikes. It’s far enough out of the hub that it provides a relaxed and peaceful retreat to return to after a day at the main beach. 「Great property that is well located to the main beach and shops. We had brilliant weather and Agnes Water beach is simply stunning. Property is comfortable and has everything you need. Lovely outdoor area where you can hear the waves too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 」

「We came up to Agnes Water for the September school holidays and we were not disappointed we had great accommodation a five minute walk to the shops and another five to main beach. A five minute drive up to Seventeen Seventy where you can swim paddle board and go fishing. Thank you so much for our stay looking forward to coming back soon」
