I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience. To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant. One of the bedrooms clearly wasn’t insulated, and all of them still had AC units duct taped in the windows (for new years weekend.)
