Accessible via an exterior staircase, the second living area presents a charming living and dining room with sloping ceilings ranging in height from 100 to 200 cm, arranged across 2 levels and featuring a flat-screen satellite TV with access to a balcony. This part of the property also includes 1 room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm by 200 cm, along with a second fully equipped open kitchen.
