It was Noisy, But all of Rurrenebaque is Noisy, There is probably no way to get a quiet room in this town It is a family run property, they do a good job of taking care of you and the breakfast is very good with Fresh Fruit and Eggs per your request. Only problem is one night we were locked out, but were finally able to call the owner to let us in.

The hotel is conveniently located right downtown, walking distance to shops, restaurants and markets. Some street noise from scooters and motorcycles passing below, as well as loud music from an adjacent establishment until 3 AM Saturday night/Sunday morning. I was able to tune it out, but others might not. Excellent staff. In-house laundry service, plus luggage storage, available if required. The free breakfast was good (bread, bun, butter, jam, fruit, eggs, sliced meat, juice, plus coffee or tea), and the rooftop view from the dining area is awesome! I would definitely stay here again in future, if I returned to Rurrenabaque.

I made a reservation at this property three months in advance of my stay. A few days before my stay, I received a message from the hotel saying there was a miscommunication and they had no rooms left so I needed to cancel my reservation. That sounded strange to me, and thankfully I was with a travel company that was willing to call the hotel to straighten things out. Apparently they told Expedia rooms weren’t available these dates and Expedia didn’t listen, leading to booking rooms they didn’t have. Thankfully they found me a room, but it wasn’t what I reserved nor was it what was advertised. There was no AC, the fan barely worked but was extremely loud so couldn’t sleep with it on, and there was one window that opened into the hallway with no screen which felt extremely unsafe. It was over 90° in the room with no airflow, the motion lights in the hallway kept turning on so it was like bright lights in your face every half hour. No sleep was had that night. On the positive side, the breakfast was solid.

Pampa & Selva是區內做得比較完善的酒店。睡床舒適，房間內有風扇，九月來不會太冷或太熱，早餐也頗豐富，味道不錯。即使住宿當晚不能上網，職員也嘗試提供其他方法讓我上網，整體我頗滿意的。只是要小心他們告訴你的價錢跟預訂時的價錢不同，他們計算了一個很差的匯率，而我也沒有注意，所以入住所付的貴了許多。

Very Nice service. The staff is allways helpfull and smilling. The room was clean but the Wall and ceiling Need to get some paint. Very noisy from the street but the hotel is also close to the citycenter. All together good value for money

Hotel super. Dachterasse super Blick. Für kurzen Aufenthalt super. Rezeption & dazugehöriger Supermarkt super. Frühstück minimalistisch. Hotel super with a very nice view from rooftop. For a short stay really recommended. Reception and added supermarket perfect. Payment with creditcard possible. Minimalized Breakfast

Nice room; get the air-conditioner remote!

Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included. Just double check whether you've paid for air-conditioning, and if so, make sure you ask them for the remote control for the air-conditioner. The first night I stayed there I didn't know I'd paid for this, and when they didn't give me the remote I assumed the air-conditioner didn't work. When I got back from my jungle tour and stayed here for another night they gave me the remote and it worked just fine, so I guess they just forgot that first night and I paid extra for nothing. Not a huge deal but you'll be thankful given the incredible heat in Rurre!
