「The house was nice and convenient to RIT (Rochester Inst of Technology) as we attended graduation ceremonies. Lots of room to spread out with a nice kitchen, LR/DR. Bathrooms in nice shape and the laundry room was convenient. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.」

「We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.」

「We enjoyed our stay! Expansive lake views and the sunset was beautiful. Kayaks were fun and plenty of lifejackets. Was easy to enter the lake from the docks. Pride of ownership in the home was evident in the pristine condition and warm welcome. Linens were higher quality and beds were comfortable. 「Erick’s home was spectacular! Directly across the street from the hidden sidewalk, where we had our own direct beach access stairs to a private beach! Views were gorgeous. 「Three generations stayed here while visiting Rochester family. The space was comfortable and convenient. Off street parking available for three cars.
