「The hotel is inside the University Park which isn’t convenient to us. Environment is good , the room is neat and tidy but isn’t spacious. Breakfast is good. 」

「Nice hotel in great surroundings. Let down only by the restaurant unfortunately. Service not great at times, ordered drinks which hadn't arrived by the time my food did so had to chase up.then the white wine whi h was £9.00 a glass was warm! £39.00 for a very average steak served with two halves of tomato and luke warm chips ! 」

「I did not like trying to get to the hotel which is situated on the grounds a public university. One entrance from a main Street was blocked off and you had to go find another one to get into it There is a big sign at this entrance to the university that points to you to the hotel and the GPS send you there. If they're not going to open that one access then they need to put a sign saying this side is closed and brief description of how to get to the property. Parking was terrible but all...

「The hotel is moden and well laid out with everything you need for a stay. The rooms are large, clean and well looked after. But the biggest standout were the staff, everyone is so friendly and fo out of their way to help. Tip top service from all of them well done」

「Ventilation was poor, we had no access to go onto the balcony due to door being locked. There was no windows in the room. No source of natural air. Not sure why dogs were allowed in the restaurant and it wasn't not a guide dog. 」

「Tt's basically a travellers place to stay for an evening or two I would say. Having said that, it's also a good location if you want to use it to explore the area by car. I found the reception fine, the small bar area was fine - but shock horror no Guinness. I booked two rooms, a double for me and my wife and a room, with single beds, for my daughter. Somehow that got reversed, so a bit more attention to detail. Both rooms were clean, fresh and functional. Huge bath in ours and good water...

「很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚」
