“Good visit”

“The property was beautiful with stunning views. Each room was clean and nicely updated. Perfectly located within walking distance to uptown Columbus, which has so many great restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, and a few bars. The staff couldn't have been any nicer and more helpful. We already booked another stay for my son's next graduation from Fort Benning with more rooms next time. “We had a comfortable one-night stay at this well-located hotel and were pleased overall. Check-in was quick and straightforward, with friendly staff who were helpful whenever we had questions. Our standard room was clean and functional, with a comfortable bed, decent-sized bathroom, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. “First, it took me about 40 minutes to be standing at the door just to wait for somebody to come check me in the breakfast needs to be taken off of the Expedia because they do not serve breakfast the gym all the equipment is tore up. You cannot use it. It was just a terrible experience and I will not be back.”

“The property is located nicely on the river (Lake Eufaula) and easy to get to. It looks good but is fairly old with a rough parking lot. The pool was open and was nice to use due to high heat weather however, it badly needs a refinish and repaint of the bottom. The room was average in quality but we found the floor dirty and gritty. Air conditioning worked well and was easy to use. Only one of 2 ice machines was operating. Overall an average experience for my 2 day stay. The price was good and……

“Front lobby looked and smelled great, I wish I could say the same about the room. As soon as you opened the door a bad odor from the carpet hits you. Room was not cleaned well, needs major updates and cleaning. My breaking point was when I found roaches in my room. I ended up checking out 3 days early and finding a new place to go. Staff was friendly”

“We got the jacuzzi room and besides having a water spot where someone before us spilled water out of the tub, it was such a wonderful experience. We wanted to relax and we were able to! Our only issue was the cleaning lady was at the desk while we were in the lobby and arguing and complaining to the guy at the desk (? Owner). It was a bit awkward. Other than that, for an older place it was pretty good.”
