「The room was large and clean. Bathroom and kitchenette were great. We had room 1 which is on the lower floor, nest to the entrance and under the part were the owners live. The large patio doors are about 2 feet from parking and that is your view. The back of the unit is the owners back yard so there are two small high glazed windows. For privacy you have to fully close the patio curtains so you feel like you are in a bit of a bunker. We were only there for one night so not a big deal but...

「Photos on website is not an accurate representation of the condition of the units. We arrived and decided not to stay there. We had to pay for the first night due to late cancellation, but relieved not to stay there. The rooms smell, the carpets are worn and the bed felt terrible. Not a place we will recommend to anyone, just not worth it!」

「What a great location in Paihia! At the very beginning of the strip, so you’re away from the busier hub up. Close enough for a quick seven minute walk to the pier and the center, passing great cafés and beautiful scenery along the way. Directly across the beach with beach bbq’s and picnic tables. Swimming in the ocean was fabulous and if you don’t like that, the pool is sparkling, clean and heated plus hot tub! Accompanied with daily fresh towels and service touchup for the room. Includes...

「We had our own little cabin (Unit #8). Open floor plan for kitchen, dining, bed. Seating on a nice little deck. Shower looks tired, but hot water showed up quickly and I had a good shower. Our only issue was that there were ants in the kitchen. The owner/manager said he would take care of it when we went out for dinner, and when we came back, no more ant issue.」
