Beautiful new cottage on waterfront property with private beach. Enjoy evening sunsets, gorgeous views while still located in the heart of Anne’s Land.
With lots of activities close by, delicious local restaurants and quaint shops, there is lots to do. Watch local fisherman in the bay, walk the shoreline, dig for clams, muscles or just relax taking in the beautiful view
For the bird watcher, osprey and eagles fly above the cottage.
Inside the cottage are two bedrooms, a three piece bathroom with shower, vaulted ceilings and large windows. The cottage is built by local craftsmen featuring post and beam construction, energy efficient appliances, locally harvested lumber. Stay connected with Fibre-op internet.Enjoy the kitchen area featuring full-size fridge, electric stove and microwave. The covered deck has a bistro set and a bench so you can relax and see the sunsets or have your meals out on the deck.

Excellent location. Very clean with a wonderful view. Easy to explore all areas of PEI. I’m celiac and the owner contacted someone he knew who is also celiac, for restaurant recommendations. Everything was great.

Nice and quiet country atmosphere. Close to Rustico Harbour with lots of good restaurants. Good central location for day trips around the island.Not really ocean front as described. A lot smaller than photos indicate. Small kitchen not conducive to cooking in. And one small bathroom was not really convenient for 4 people. My error when booking.

Family Vacation
We were in PEI so my son could attend a hockey camp. The cottage met all of our needs as a family. The owners were very responsive to all messages/questions.
I think the cottage listing should mention that the owners live on the property as well.

awesome house, location, and owners!
The island is so beautiful and pristine. The house we stayed is has a beautiful huge yard right down to a bay which comes in from the ocean. We rented a car which I definitely recommend from the airport. We drove to the North end for lunch one day and also to the south end. there are beautiful fields of wild flowers! The temperature is to die for!!! It was a great vacation!!!

Very clean cottage
It was nice close to many place to visit,
Lost of sea food restaurant around even the one at the Golf course 2 minutes away.
Over all we love the place and I will tell my friends about this place.

Great Stay
Beautiful properity with waterfront access quiet and close to all amenities if you want. The cabin was stocked with everything you will need towels, cookware, dishes, bedding, AC, heat, etc. If your looking for a quiet affordable place to stay I recommend here. The Hosts even seem to always be available if you require them.

Coastal cabin coziness
Ellen and Kevin were great host! They provided us with lots of great advice for the area. They were dry helpful and very responsive to any questions. The cabin was comfortable, clean and in a great location. We loved relaxing by the water. Their cabin is great place to relax and unwind.

Great stay on quiet Bay
Lovely porch to enjoy the view and peacefulness of the location. Short drives to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and Charlottetown.
Hosts Kevin and Ellen are thoughtful and accommodating.

We had an awesome stay at this two bedroom cottage. The place was impeccable and look exactly like in ad. Owner was friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable and provided info on things to do. We would rate this a 10 out of 10. Beautiful spot that we would definitely rent again.
