4. PARKING: DRIVEWAY + STREET PARKING - Guests may use the driveway and available street parking. Parking is limited to up to 4 vehicles total. Please avoid parking on the grass.
5. PRIVATE UNIT & OUTDOOR SPACES - The house, backyard, and patio are for guest use only and are not shared with others. One supply closet remains locked for owner use.
