Great lodge in Akagera National Park. Excellent customer service. Had traditional Rwandan dancers for evening entertainment. It was an awesome experience. Highly recommend!

There was no airport shuttle for platinum member as promised. Toilet design was poor as the shower didn’t have a cubicle and water was all over the place. Breakfast was monotonous, same thing every morning for 3 days. They ran out of chicken after the first day and no effort was made towards restocking. ...
