Peaceful and lovely coastal spot

We spent a weekend here while touring UNH. The location right on the lovely coast cannot be beat. It was so nice to have a quiet home to come to after a busy day on campus.

Location. . . Location . . . Location!

We were in town for an AAU tournament. While many families chose to stay in a hotel we stayed on the ocean. The location couldn’t have been better.

Such an adorable cottage, beautiful view of the ocean, convenient location to Wallis Sands. The domain was spotless and the owners were super easy to get in touch with if needed. It was perfect for our needs!

Quiet and safe area

We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach.

Great property with a view

Stayed at this lovely 2BR/1Bath while visiting my sister in NH. This unit is a great pied-à-terre for anyone looking to unwind, go to the beach [in summer of course] or simply to have a great alternative to the local hotel offerings. The team at #seacoastvacationrentals was outstanding: timely and clear communications.

Fun time in Rye

Property exactly as pictured. Very clean. Everything works. Nice view of the ocean. Only suggestion: tub needs non-slip mat. I slipped but fortunately did not fall.

Spectacular Host, Place, And Location!

Everything was absolutely seamless from the booking to leaving. I had asked a couple questions prior to going and the Host got right back to me within minutes. Got to the place and everything was explained perfectly in their emails about where to park, location of the house, codes, etc. received emails during our stay checking in to make sure everything was great. The house itself is exactly as described and depicted in the advertisement. Perfect little place for a small family. Location is amazing! Beautiful view and walking distance to the beach even with 2 little kids and all their gear.

Great stay

Our stay was great here! My group had a total of 3 units, which was very convenient to be so close together. My two young boys loved exploring the rocky beach across the street looking for sea glass and shells. The view from our deck was beautiful. The most notable thing about our stay was how easy it was to communicate with our property manager. VRBO messaging system was down and it actually impacted our reservation details, but one of the property managers called me directly and fixed the issue that was really VRBO’s fault. All in all a great stay!

Great place and location!

I stayed with my stepmom and sister. There is two bedrooms and a couch bed. The beds were comfy. There is only one bathroom for three women but we managed just fine. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels for everyone. There were pots and pans and plenty of cups and mugs. Location was wonderful as you have nothing blocking your view of the ocean. You can see the Isles of Shoals in the distance. Walk to Wallis sands beach. Parking spots for two cars made it nice and easy!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Thank you Vrbo for providing a wonderful stay for our daughter and her family for the holiday weekend at Snug Harbor. Our daughter, being a sales director for the JW Marriott in Las Vegas (and our son-in-law an executive chef in Vegas) were thrilled with the accommodation at Snug Harbor (with no complaints what so ever from the teenage grandchildren!). We so very much appreciated the excellent and timely communication with Sean from property management to keep us informed of all check -in/out procedures and requirements for stay. A very easy check-in process and the beautiful property was exactly as listed - clean, comfortable, beautiful ocean view (even in the rain) and a perfect location to be with us in Rye for the holiday. Thank you so much. And we look forward to working with Vrbo again soon.

Great Place!

We had a blast here. Wish we could keep it a secret so that it will be available when we want to return. Great view of the ocean. Clean space. Exactly what the listing says it will be.

Dirty sofa

We had to check out after the first night because the pull out sofa was filthy. It smelled like fish and had blood and other stains on the mattress. The kitchen silverware was also dirty. We were refunded the remainder of our booking but were charged for the first night including fees. We spent the second day of vacation moving to a new location. I think considering the circumstances we should have been comped for the entire booking.
