「Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.」

「The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. 「Such a beautiful caravan. We went at Easter 2026 and there were beautiful Easter touches bunnies etc throughout the caravan. Chocolates and Proscecco were a lovely touch. Checking in process was seamless and they provided so much helpful information. Would recommend and will definitely be back for another stay. Dog friendly too, my dogs loved the warm cozy throws provided and enclosed gated decking area」

「4 night stay April 2026 (Sunday to Thursday) - accommodation very clean, comfortable and modern, hosts very welcoming - location peaceful (a few sheep and horses over the fence at the bottom of the garden, but no noise) and nice dark skies (I saw a few Lyrid meteors during my stay!). Great kitchen facilities (so you can easily self-cater if you want) and excellent shower, better accommodation than a hotel if visiting the area IMHO.
