“Great location in a safe, clean, leafy green, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Central Business District of Kigali. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the huge buffet breakfast in the lush garden setting is wonderful. I ate dinner at the restaurant at least 4 times while in Kigali, and each night it was very nice, with wonderful menu choices, attentive staff and a relaxing dining atmosphere. My room in the 4-star hotel was nice for one person, but would probably be……

“Clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Good dining, lovely staff. Great outdoor space with a delightful swimming pool and outdoor dining areas. Reasonably central. Front desk staff was very helpful at finding good drivers and other transportation and accessing anything else we needed. Felt very safe and cared for as a Canadian visitor on first trip to East Africa.”

“1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed.”
