The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I also had an issue with a noisy guest who disturbed us three mornings in a row at 6 am, but Diane……

I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price.……
