Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.”

I emailed and would wait for a few days and needed to send a message via WhatsApp for a response. I had arranged a market tour and cooking class weeks on advance, but it felt like those running the cooking class were not prepared for the start time.”

“It was a short staycation for my hubby’s bday. Over all everything was great. Except the sauna and steam room wasn’t working. There wasn’t any cocktails available by the pull side. And our couples massage wasn’t the best we’ve had. Aside those little things, everything else made his bday great.”

“I have traveled to dozens of countries and countless hotels , and I will say this, This is easily one of the cleaniest and most comfortable room I have stayed in. My entire Trip to Rwanda had me speechless, amazing country , and the stay at NDARU played a great part. On my second night I was so tired from a safari I wanted to do room service , the front desk manager Godfrey came up knocked on my door and told me about the free show with local songs and dancing they were having in hotel. “The overall ambience at the hotel was easy going and peaceful.Breakfast was varied and interesting. My room was spotless and the cleaners made some adorable shapes out of my towels when they changed them Only minor gripe was there was insufficient areas down in reception to either sit down and chat or do some work- unless you went to the onsite coffee shop.”

“Big and nice appartment fully equipes except iron. 68m2 and fair price. Located nearly a hight traffic road. I was in 5th floor and was absolutlly impossible to open the windows.Air conditionning wirking well, hot water; high level of privac in that building”

“Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price.……

“Every year when I bring teams to Kigali we always stay at the Urban. The staff and accommodations are top notch and the Bistro restaurant is always a favorite. When you have large teams it is hard to make everyone happy, but the Urban and the Bistro are a hit!”
