“Small room and dated hotel. It is not a 5 star hotel and not worth 425 dollars i paid a night”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property was very clean and well maintained. We used the gym which had all the equipment we needed, and the location was in an ideal spot. Breakfast had a great selection of food and the room was comfortable and clean as well. Recommend this hotel for a stay in Kigali.”

“Stayed for 2 nights before we left on our gorilla safari. Was a good place with a nice pool. Great value for money with nice outlook over the golf course. Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly. Teddy the hotel dog is lovely. Shower pressure excellent and plunger coffee in the room. Only downside was no fan or AC in room. Air got a bit hot in the middle of the night.”

“So yes this was 100% a white lotus type experience. That said. The service was impeccable. We went to kinigi for gorilla trekking and Sambora coordinated every detail beyond the permits. They did everything from finding the right outerwear to finding us a great driver. Meals were delicious. We sat every night at a long table with other guests which was fun - we were traveling as a couple so was nice to mix it up. But yes. White lotus. Just be prepared.”

“I would not recommend this stay to anyone. I booked a cottage. When I got there close to midnight, there was insects crawling around. They changed my room to only have plumbing issues where as soon as you turn on the sink the floor flooded with water accompanied with spiders, for them to have to change me again to a very small room which is not what I paid for. Requesting a full refund immediately for this horrible experience. Waiting on Nicholas (manager) who can’t even make a decision without……

“Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place,now they are under new management ”

“The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money”
