“酒店不大，一栋小楼，距离机场距离较近，酒店服务员比较热情，服务态度和意识比较好！”

“It is deceptive as it is on a dirty road but the Hotel is very nice. It has good facilities. We found the area quite safe and walked to a good restaurant within 10 minutes. Meals were good. Hotel not in noisy area. Hotel restaurant was good.”

“I loved the place. Thanks to the staff; Dina, Adeline, the Chef and everyone else. Thank you for making my stay beautiful. I loved the meals as well. I will come back. Highly recommended.”

“Clean room and very friendly staff.”

“The Radisson Blu Kigali was an easy and comfortable base for my most recent business trip. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the amenities like the gym and pool are good. Breakfast has a lot of good options and can be quick. The business lounge was fine - but nothing special. The Italian restaurant (Filini) is great. Most of the staff were very helpful (Rebecca is outstanding for her customer service).”

“The receptionist and cleaning staff were very good and helpful. I will definitely stay there again”

“The pictures are misleading and the hotel is not as nice as it seems. The cleaning and care of the room was poor. Had to ask each day for things that were forgotten, missing soap, toilet paper, etc.. Staff was not very accommodating when I expressed disappointment. Denit Machines rarely work, so bring cash.”

“Clean room. Easy access to city center.”

“Great place to stay but their breakfast is usually the same meal everyday.”

“Good local and hardware, elevator need to be repaired ASAP”

There was only AC in the bedroom, so we had to keep the living room windows open most of the time, since the AC in the bedroom was barely enough to keep it cool. The thermostat was set to 20 degrees Celsius so if you need to sleep cooler that wasn't an option. Maybe if the AC was mounted on a wall that blew the air on you at night that would have been better (currently it is……

“Huge room; very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Wifi was a bit spotty, but that seems to be the norm in most places in Rwanda. ”

“very excellent hotel, quitely enjoyable stay”

“I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. The apartments are very spacious and more suited to business clientele or peolle staying for several days or weeks. They have a kitchen, large……
