「Received one actual key and room furniture were old but room was clean. After figuring out the water heater, shower was ok but door missing so water went everywhere in the bathroom. Toiletries were available. No AC so they brought a fan.」

「I dealt with very obstructive and inhospitable behaviour from the host. Not something I have ever experienced in Kigali which is one of my favourite cities to visit. I was ushered to checkout of the hotel at 1:30am due to logistical issues the hotel has with Expedia. They said they had no relationship with Expedia and could not receive the monies I had already paid.
