“The hotel is nice and located close to the airport. The staff and the food are great. My only challenge was in the room with the Air Condition was not working. They had to fix it almost every day and I’ll wake up in the middle of the night sweating like crazy. They never switched my room and they never fix the air condition completely. Otherwise, the stay was fine.”

“We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking and thus ruined the unique experience we wanted to give to our foreign guests. They were certainly not impressed by Rwiza's unilateral decision to change a confirmed booking.”
