“We only needed the hotel room for a few hours before our 1:30 am flight out of KGL. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel shuttle to airport was provided free of charge. Our only complaint would be the poolside restaurant wasn't very good as far as the food quality and the service was really slow.”

“This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance.”

“We had a wonderful night out of Kigali. Enjoyed the sounds of the birds, the view, the clean, comfortable room, the delicious 5-course dinner in a beautiful charming lodge. Had the best breakfast I have ever had with homemade yoghurt, cakes, jam, fruit salad, cereals, eggs, etc. Played ping-pong, baby foot, other games while waiting for the rain to pass. Nice little walking paths in nature all around. We are definitely planning on coming back!”

“The staff was very welcoming and friendly, I enjoyed the nice room with fridge. There was a gym there too which was great to use. The breakfast had a great variety and the boy running the omelet stand was so good at his job. Only problem was the restaurant in the evening. I ordered soup and waited over 1.5 hours for it... That was not good. ”

“The property was not as advertised. The place appears a bit run-down and the rooms we stayed in had stained and partially broken toilet seats. We had to urgently make arrangements to secure alternative accommodation for our elderly mothers, which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel employee who was on duty was however very helpful and understanding, which we appreciated very well. He also contacted the hotel manager who was equally understanding and promised to process a refund for the room……
