「This hotel was not open when we got there. I had no alerts from Orbits and had to have local Rwandans help us figure out how to transfer hotels. Horrible communication for this as we traveled very far to stay here and booked well in advance.」

「Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off」

「The staff was very welcoming and friendly, I enjoyed the nice room with fridge. There was a gym there too which was great to use. The breakfast had a great variety and the boy running the omelet stand was so good at his job. Only problem was the restaurant in the evening. I ordered soup and waited over 1.5 hours for it... 「The property was not as advertised. The place appears a bit run-down and the rooms we stayed in had stained and partially broken toilet seats. We had to urgently make arrangements to secure alternative accommodation for our elderly mothers, which was extremely inconvenient. The hotel employee who was on duty was however very helpful and understanding, which we appreciated very well. He also contacted the hotel manager who was equally understanding and promised to process a refund for the room...
