"I had the room at the front of the building. The room was spacious, with two huge windows, so plenty of light. The view is good at eye level and above. It was well decorated and pleasant. On the down side, it overlooks the main road so is rather noisy. During the day, it's a continuous drone, so it fades into the background. At night, earplugs! These are kindly provided. Be aware, the other rooms face onto a wall."

"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. Big room but walls covered in dark wood, only one small window, very dingy.Bed was lumpy, shower good & hot, only one plug socket away from the kettle,light switches on the other side of the room from the bed. "The resort was very clean and the food options were delicious. I recommend the all-inclusive package for extended stays. Staff is friendly and attentive. It has a steep walk to the rooms from a the lobby but there is a shuttle service that runs all day into the late night every 5 minutes that is extremely helpful. Beautiful pools and spa facilities."

"Loved my stay here. Hotel is wonderful and a nice calm paradise in the middle of Patong. Room was just right and my stay at the serenity pool was wonderful and not too many children, children are lovely but l enjoyed the calmer atmosphere it provided. Multiple pools give lots of options to vibe how you like and lots of other amenities available, its is certainly well catered to both families and adult travellers looking to get away. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Rooms just feel nice to be in and there was a deep soaking bath which was certainly a lovely add on after a big day touring. I loved the scents of the hand wash etc and appreciated the scented diffusers all through the hallways, a lovely touch. Lots of breakfast variety. As expected restaurants are hotel prices but lots of great options if you just want to relax for the evening. Location right in patong so everything is accessible out your front door. Patong beach is not the best Thailand has to offer but lots of people enjoying the beach and swimming and doing water activities. I highly recommend this hotel, l just cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend."

"One of the most beautiful properties I think I’ve ever stayed at. Truly the most amazing experience. The pictures do not do this place justice and the workers are so nice and accommodating! If you’re thinking about it do it, the food is amazing here definitely recommend experiencing the restaurant “ black ginger “ everything was a 10/10!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"
