“I knew it wasn't going to be 5 star by the price but this is one step up from sleeping in the street.. every surface is dirty, every fixture and fitting either worn-out or broken. Staff couldn't even be bothered to say helo as too busy with their phones. De-luxe..they are having a laugh, didn't even get balcony”

“AC was only available at night. The fans in the pictures don’t work. The room itself was boiling, even the wall was super hot if you touched it. To get to the rooms, you have to go through the café and through the café’s kitchen, and then up a steep spiral staircase. I would definitely not recommend.”

“Room was ok. Clean but not perfect. No elevator and I was on the fifth floor. Location was ok. Kinda noisy. ”
