During my stay at the my boutique Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my visit was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt attention to any requests. The room was impeccably clean, and the stunning mountain views added a peaceful touch to my experience. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

This is an amazing hotel with good location and design. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful especially “miss Autumn”. She helped us with all we need and made sure it went smoothly. We impressed with their services. Highly recommended!!!

This was a wonderful hotel. Everyone was so kind and they even made us sandwiches and gave us hugs on our way out. It’s very close to good restaurants too!

새로 생긴 호텔인만큼 내부는 매우 청결했으며, 직원들이 아주 친절했습니다. 사파 시내와는 다소 거리가 있지만 픽업 서비스가 있어 이동도 편리했습니다. 조식도 훌륭합니다. 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. Hotel was very clean, comfortable and cozy. And the staff was excellent. They were given nice service to us. I’m very happy to stay here.

3일 연박 했습니다. 스텝들 친절하고 인상도 좋아요. 조식도 좋았고, 전반적인 룸컨디션 좋아요. 수압 괜찮고 주위 베트남 음식점 많아요. 이탈리아 음식점도 많아요. 호텔 바로 옆 건물에 저녁에 이것저것 바베큐 먹었는데 다 맛있어요.

New build on the edge of town in quiet location

Staff very helpful and friendly! Packed us sandwiches for us to take with us on the train :) Good location a bit out of the madness of the town centre, so significantly quieter. A new build, and looks the part, but put up in a hurry I’d guess! Quite a few little fixes to make it perfect, but hotel management seem very keen to make it amazing. See if there’s any rooms facing the valley, we forgot to ask and had a room with a view of a building site. Do be aware in fact that the whole town is one big building site, with roads being remade and new hotels etc going up fast, still Sa Pa well worth a visit for the surrounding nature!

We visited Sapa this past month and luckily found My Boutique. The best part of staying here was the excellent service. Tony, Sue and Thu made sure all our needs were met. They were super friendly and it almost felt like we were staying with family instead of a hotel. The hotel itself was clean and airy. The beds were comfortable and a wide variety if pillows were provided. The breakfast was tasty. Tony and Sue are the designers and owners of the hotel and are doing a wonderful job of running it - we wish them the best of luck. We will definitely stay here on our next visit and enjoy the tremendous hospitality.

Amazing hotel with top service and facilities. Breakfast was delicious, would take the chef home with me if possible. The room had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and was always kept spotless. Recommended to anyone looking to experience Sapa in comfort. Thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at My Boutique Hotel. At beginning, we were warly welcome by the staff there. The welcome homemade tea was awesome, I love it! We even can request for this tea any time we want. So incredible! The room is warm, nice decoration especially the bed is so comfortable. We slept very well. Breakfast have its 2 parts: buffet for some hot foods, cakes, fruits, drinks... and you can order omlette and pancake... so yummy! The staff was very nice and kind to us and others guests. I will book this hotel again

So nice hotel with a modern and new style design. We are excited to the bathroom with bathtub, the bed was very comfy. They treat us as we are thier best friend from the beginning to the end of our trip in Sapa. We will come back to My Boutique Hotel and Spa next time!
