The most outstanding feature of this property is the mind blowing mountain backdrop! The landscaping and nature filled environment are breathtakingly beautiful! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the infinity pool is gorgeous and large, The bungalows were rustic and spacious. Would definitely return in the future!

Worth it

Best hotel in Sapa Vietnam

I love this place😍 I'm so happy all of time while had been stay in here. the whenever view is nice and the pool is awesome!! also how great SPA. And then every staff are really kind. I can say "do not hesitate to make abooking this hotel!!" if somebody hesitate.

매우 만족. 모든 부분에서 완벽함. 단, 두 가지가 아쉬움. 1) 생각보다는 낮은 수압, 2) 마지막에 체크아웃 셔틀버스가 20분 정도 늦게 와서 영어가 통하지 않는 드라이버를 새로 불러주셨는데 시내로 돌아가는 길에 핸드폰을 놓고 왔다하여 돌아가게 되어 시간을 낭비하게 되었으며, 목적지도 잘못 내려주었음. 이런 사소한 부분들만 고쳐지면 더욱 완벽할 듯.

such a beautiful spot. It does not come cheap, but it has made our stay in Sapa. Amazing location, beautiful nature, sweet people. One feels also close to the community, and it´s the perfect place to relax when travelling through Vietnam. The food was also very good. I have been reading old reviews, and from what I can see is that they listened and improved what they had to get better.

오고 가는 길이 고되고 멀지만 올라가서 뷰를 보는 순간 모든것이 잊혀져요. 다만 처음 체크인 했더니 트윈 베드여서 방 바꾸는데 한시간정도 걸렸고 바꾼 방도 더블 베드가 아니라 트윈을 그냥 붙여 둔거였어요. 다른 직원들은 친절한데 리셉션 직원이 좀 퉁명스러웠고 주변이 아무것도 없어서 무조건 호텔에서 끼니를 해결해야하는데 베트남 물가가 아니고 서울 물가에요. 뷰 보러 한번쯤 갈만합니다.

디자인, 경관 좋으나, 청결하지 않음 ( 자는데 침대에서 바퀴벌레가 나옴 )

남에게 피해 주고 싶지 않아 불만족의 글을 남기고 싶지는 않습니다만, 저희도 기대하고 여러 교통편을 타고 고생스럽게 찾아간 만큼 다른 한국 사람들도 같은 피해를 보지 않았으면 해서 이렇게 글을 납김니다. 저는 몰디브, 필리핀, 스리랑카 등 사파 만큼 자연속에 있는 다른 숙박시설을 많이 이용해봤습니다. 다른 숙박시설에서 겪지 못한 경험을 했습니다. 자다가 목이 말라 물을 마시러 일어났는데, 큰 바퀴벌레가 침대에 두마리나 돌아다니고 있었습니다. 너무 놀라 잠에서 꺴고 좀있다 화장실에 갔는데, 화장실에도 바퀴벌레가 기어다니고 있더군요. 솔찍히 말하면 스리랑카의 시기리야 빌리지 등 더 산속깊이 서비스업이 아직 발전중인 시설에 많이 가봤지만 이러한 경우는 없었습니다. 그리고 수영장도 불순물이 너무 많고, 크기도 작았습니다. 저희 커플, 노르웨이 한커플, 모로코 한커플 이렇게 셋이서 들어가 있었는데, 서로 수영할떄마다 눈치를 보았습니다. 이러한 이유로 저는 가족과 친구들에게 이곳을 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 좋은 경관, 디자인도 좋지만 숙소는 기본적으로 청결하고 관리되어야한다고 생각하기 때문입니다.

산 속에 있는 완벽한 리조트 입니다. 조용한 곳에서 힐링하고 싶으신 분들꼐 강추하고싶네요. 사파 시내에서는 위험한 비포장길로 40분정도 와야하지만 하노이에서도 셔틀을 운영하고 있고, 리조트에 들어오는 순간부터 완벽한 휴가의 시작이었습니다!

Beautiful setting, amazing restaurant, staff friendly but had higher expectations to their service. Go for the view and the infinity pool, but just for one overnight. Not much to do if you’ve already been to sapa and seen the rice fields there.

Stunning Scenery

The setting of the hotel is amongst the best I have ever experienced. Every direction seemingly has a different and stunning view. The infinity pool is spectacular. The food was good but the menu is definitely limited with little variety. We stayed their for 4 nights; probably 2 nights too many. Nice touch trying to be environmentally friendly however we were there for 4 nights and our garbage cans were not collected once. I get trying to limit the waste but waste can accumulate over four days. We would go back again just for the beautiful and unique location.

좋은 힐링타임 이었어요

뷰는 정말 끝내줬고 직원들도 너무 친절햇어요~ 그런데 사파시내에서 너무 멀었고 주변시설 아무것도 없어서 호텔에서 모든걸 다 해결해야 합니다..근데 겁나 비싸요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 인피니티풀 때메 간거였고, 그건 정말 최고였어요~

만족스러운 휴식

안개가 껴있긴 했지만 그래도 최고의 뷰입니다. 잠시 현실에서 벗어나 무릉도원에 있는 기분을 만끽할 수 있습니다. 음식들도 아주 훌륭하고 좋습니다. 다만 스파는 실력이 별로니 기대하지 마세요.

The service in this hotel is poor and inadequate

We were very disappointed with our stay here. For £290 a night we expected superior levels of service. However, on numerous occasions the service at Topas as the worst we have experienced and occurred too frequently for it to be a one off. As such, we cannot recommend staying here. Here is some more information: - not enough sun loungers for guests. We had to wait 30 mins in the boiling heat before one became free. Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly - they didn’t offer to help or solve the problem. We were not the only ones to experience this - we complained to the hotel reception after this experience. Not only did they not help or resolve, but they didn’t follow up with us afterwards. It was simply never discussed by them. We felt like we weren’t listened to, so we brought this up with the manager. He was unapologetic and dismissive - saying the hotel was full. - the pool area is small and unfortunately there were lots of loud children playing, which made for an atmosphere which wasn’t relaxing - the shuttle bus service is rigid and if you miss it the pay for a taxi at your own expense. The hotel should be more accommodating to guests and not leave them on their own to book a taxi - the Sa Pa office (where you meet to get the shuttle bus) is dirty, dingy and unclean. This is poor for a premium resort - there is a set menu option available after 3pm. As we arrived at 3.30pm we missed this. The hotel knew when we were arriving. Why did they not contact us and ask?
